Our youth are not just the leaders of tomorrow; they are the driving force behind the monumental movements that have shaped our history. It is our young people who possess a profound connection to nature, a deep-seated respect for all of its creations, and an unwavering belief in human equality. 

They are poised to lead us toward a sustainable future, and we must recognize their crucial role in educating the masses about the pressing need to embrace sustainability. By engaging and empowering young people of color, we can ignite a passionate movement focused on reducing the carbon footprint in our homes, businesses, and communities. 

We are committed to providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary to become conscientious and competent stewards of the environment. 

Together, we can build a brighter future where sustainability is at the forefront of every decision we make. However, we must not turn a blind eye to the potential economic fallout as the southeastern region transitions to greener practices.

 Historically underserved women of color, youth aged 11 to 28, ex-offenders, and homeless veterans are at risk of being left behind in this shift. That’s why the NCWCC  Build A Youth, stands at the forefront of this critical mission. We are championing the cause by collaborating with sponsor organizations from the  NCWCC network to create sustainable career pipelines in green construction, labor management, and environmentally-friendly applications. Since 2008, we have been tirelessly serving urban communities across the nation, backed by government grants that empower us to make a lasting impact. Now is the time to act.
